We offer free standard shipping on all Groundedwell orders to addresses within Australia.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days from the date of dispatch. During peak periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Your order is shipped directly from our supplier and tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of placing it, please contact us at support@groundedwell.com.au and we will resolve it promptly.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund or replacement.

Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return.
